4.1 jj99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in your account settings.
4.2 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the USDT equivalent, as applicable. jj99 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. jj99 reserves the right to perform identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method.
4.4 jj99 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements have not been satisfied, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your jj99 account. These limits may be adjusted at jj99's discretion.
5.1 jj99 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit.
5.3 jj99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error may be reclaimed by jj99.
5.4 Players who jj99 determines to be abusing its promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of bonus exploitation, may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

10.2 jj99's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of the request.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jj99 platform shall first be submitted to jj99's customer support team for resolution.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
